We strive to give 100% customer satisfaction. But sometimes things don’t go as planned. 

Due to the nature of our products we highly encourage you to ask questions through our customer service forms or chat with us on our social media pages if you have any clarifications before your purchase.

We take pride in the outmost care we provide for your plants to arrive at their destination healthy and well. But because of the nature of the items sold, we only provide refund if there is proof of neglect on our part. For items that are NOT plants (pots/ baskets) refund/ returns are available. 

If you received an item which was not what you ordered, we will arrange the pick up and replacement of your order free of charge.

For products that are not plants:

Please email us (iyasgarden2020@gmail.com) about the issue within 7 days upon purchase, we will arrange the pick up and replacement of your order free of charge.

If items are returned with damage, have been used, or altered, Iya’s Garden is unable to issue a refund or credit.
