Ceropegia Woodii – String of Hearts

 Ceropegia Woodii

“A gorgeous addition on the top of your plant shelf, specially when it starts to trail.”

Water

Allow the soil to dry between waterings. An indication that your String of Hearts is thirsty, is when each leaf “heart” feels thin┬árather than full or plump.

Light

Loves the bright shaded area of our garden. If the leaves are too far apart, it needs more light. But be careful not to overdo it, sign of over exposure is crumpled, dry leaves.

Propagation

As the plant matures, you’ll notice a swelling node. It’s where roots begin grow, that’s when I choose to propagate. If you want a fuller pot, choose a stem and instead of letting it trail, circle it over the pot and it will eventual root.
